ARDMORE’S GUEST HOUSE

"I tell you, indeed, whenever you did this for one of the least important of these brothers of mine, you did it for me." Matthew 25:40 The "Guest House" is a temporary home for out of town families of patients at Wake Forest Medical Center.  We provide a comfortable alternative to a hospital waiting room or an expensive hotel at no charge. Our guests are referred to us by the chaplain's office for one night to several weeks stay. Longer stays are available for special cases.  Through our hospitality and love of the Lord we are able to meet a need in Winston- Salem's medical community. 

ARDMORE’S MISSION HOUSE

 "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."   Acts 1:8 The  "Mission House" is a temporary house for missionaries while they are in the United States for an extended period of time.  The house is available to missionaries from any denomination at no cost.  While here we have the opportunity to minister to them and hear personal stories about their work in the mission fields.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Members of this congregation are very involved in the community around Winston-Salem by volunteering and providing leadership roles.  Some of the organizations are as follows: Board of Trustees of Salemtowne Moravian Retirement Home Board of Directors of Samaritan Ministries Board of Directors of the Moravian Archives Missionaries in several countries Bible Study at the Forsyth County Prison Sunnyside Ministries Community Care (free health clinic) Overflow shelters for the homeless Salemtowne Moravian Retirement Home Samaritan Soup Kitchen
